These Terms govern your use of the SocialPerks web app and iOS/Android app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
SocialPerks connects local businesses ("Businesses") with customers who book and organize small groups ("Crews") to attend a released slot in exchange for a stated reward, subject to the Business verifying the visit.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country of residence.
A Business is responsible for the accuracy of its campaigns (reward, crew size, capacity) and for reviewing and deciding on submitted proof in good faith and within a reasonable time. SocialPerks does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings for a campaign.
Whoever books a campaign (the "Organizer") is responsible for their crew showing up, for each member checking in truthfully, and for submitting genuine, unaltered proof of the visit. Submitting false proof, or checking in without attending, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Rewards are offered directly by the Business, not by SocialPerks. A Business is only billed for a verified, completed visit, never for a booking alone. Billing/subscription terms for Businesses are covered separately at signup once that feature is available.
You keep ownership of any photo you submit as proof of a visit. You grant SocialPerks a limited license to store and show that photo to the participants and Business involved in that specific crew, for the purpose of verification.
Don't use the Service to harass anyone, submit fraudulent proof, misrepresent a business you don't own, or attempt to access another user's account or another business's data.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, in particular for fraudulent proof submissions or fake campaigns.
The Service is provided "as is". SocialPerks is a platform connecting Businesses and Crews, it is not a party to, and is not liable for, what happens during the actual visit between a Crew and a Business.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. SocialPerks is being incorporated as a Sociedad Limitada in Barcelona, Spain; the registered company's full legal name and address will appear here once incorporation is complete.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
